Edward Watson is a graduate of Oxford University who went on to become a Major in the Army, serving for 7 years. Upon completing an MBA with distinction at The London Business School he moved into strategic consulting. He founded InnerDrive as he is passionate about helping people develop their mindset and performance under pressure in order to get the best out of life.
Bradley Busch is an HCPC registered Psychologist. He graduated from Loughborough University with distinction, and went on to work with Premiership footballers and athletes from Team GB. He writes regularly for The Guardian and is one of the leading experts on how psychological research can best help students and teachers.

Our research staff work to keep us up to date with current knowledge and best practice. This work experience role is well suited for those currently studying an Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree. Many of our research team have gone on to work at professional football clubs, earned paid positions at InnerDrive and be accepted on to MSc and PhD courses.
