I joined Core Talent in November and as I set about doing presentations and updating corporate material, the consultants would look at it and say ‘Take that Photo down’, ‘I hate that photo of me’, ‘that’s the worst photo ever, I look awful’. They even requested that there should be no photo’s on the new website. Okay and breathe! Whilst we all can’t look like we have just had our photo taken by Mario Testino or by my personal favourite the late Herb Ritts, everyone deserves to be happy with their profile photo and I believe that every company should invest in this.

We do invest in our staff, there is a 12 week training programme for all new starters, free breakfast and drinks on a Friday. Company Conference abraod each year, holiday vouchers etc etc.
