How are we different at Cordel Gowan?
Whereas many organisations rely on ‘one size fits all’ solutions, we at Cordel Gowan treat every situation as unique. No two organisations are the same. No two people are the same. Because of this, we will always take the time to find out all the relevant information about your business and the people within it before developing appropriate solutions. As an ex-teacher and head teacher, I have always had a passion for helping others to achieve their potential. Combined with 20 years in the coaching and recruitment industry, this experience has meant I am able to deal effectively with all sorts of individuals, working with them and their colleagues to achieve the results desired.
