Consulting Director. James is a Consultant, Interim Manager and Trainer specialising in programme management and business change. He has managed change initiatives of up to £80m in the private and public sectors, built change teams, developed methodologies, delivered training programmes, chaired conferences and supported high tech start-ups.

This has been delivered within the utility, financial services, outsourcing and pharmaceutical sectors. Martin has advised a number of organisations on their change strategy and performance improvement, ranging from international organisations to healthcare start-ups.
, Touchpoint Talent Director. Jayne is an experienced recruitment professional with over 30 years in the industry, 20 of which have been in Director roles. She has successfully sourced thousands of candidates and led recruitment teams in many sectors. She has set up new functions, trained and mentored staff and led recruitment business turnarounds. She is based near Bristol.
