Prior to joining KSA Shirley was Director of Employer Engagement at Sunderland College and then Business Development Consultant at South Tyneside College.
Shirley is a qualified teacher with a B.Ed (Hons) Business and Management.
Michael has been involved in management, team and personal development since 1996.
