Trust Preservation is a member of the Property Care Association (formally Known as the BWPDA). As members of the PCA we follow strict guidelines laid down by the organisation. Regular inspections are carried out by the PCA to ensure these guidelines are being followed, high levels of workmanship are carried out and safety for both the client and Trust Preservation are made paramount. The inspections include an in depth investigation into the company’s operating procedures and site visits to make sure works have been carried out in the correct manor.

Trust Preservation offers long-term guarantees on all its contracts. Woodworm and Rising Damp treatments can be insurance backed by Milburn Insurance Company Limited through CGS Limited. Both companies are FSA authorised and regulated.

Trust Preservation uses only highly trained surveyors to identify the problems that you may be experiencing. Correct diagnoses of your property’s problems eradicates over specified and unnecessary works. This means problems can be solved first time around with the least amount of disruption possible. All surveyors are C.S.R.T qualified.

Trust Preservation offers a free survey to existing property owners. This includes a full written report, specification and quotation. Pre-purchase surveys are also available at a fee of £75, which is refunded if you carry out any works that may be needed with Trust Preservation. Our surveyors do not work on a commission basis.
