Hamish was the former Head of Regeneration at Newport Unlimited and has delivered regeneration projects for the Welsh Development Agency and Welsh Government over a career spanning almost three decades. A regeneration and development specialist, Hamish has a proven record of delivering complex regeneration programmes, creating development partnerships between the public, private and third sectors. He has held roles on government task forces and is a member of, and associate assessor for, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Hamish is also a guest lecturer at Cardiff University’s School of City & Regional Planning and the Faculty of Architectural Design and Technology at Cardiff Metropolitan University. What’s more, he has provided specialist regeneration and economic development commentary for BBC television and radio as well as national newspapers and trade journals.

Adam joined TC Consult as Senior Quantity Surveyor in 2016. With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, including both contracting and private practice, Adam has developed a detailed technical skill set . He brings in-depth understanding and knowledge of the construction process as well as the potential associated cost and risk implications. His advanced level of computer ability brings an enhanced level of expertise, clarity and professionalism to the team.
Ben has a diverse background and experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining TC, Ben worked as a Senior Contracts Manager and Project Manager for a construction company responsible all site operations including managing the project, staff, and safety. In 2010 Ben enrolled himself at Glamorgan University to study Building Surveying where he achieved CIOB Student of The Year. In 2012 Ben continued his education while working full-time and studied his BSc Project Management part-time. He graduated in 2015. Ben is also a Chartered Member of the CIOB and is currently working towards his APC with the RICS. Ben’s understanding of complex construction matters and his years of industry experience make him to be a fair negotiator when dealing with contract issues.
