Product or PCB Design

All PCBs (PCBA) are manufactured & inspected to IPC 610 class 3 to ensure the highest quality products are supplied to you.
Solder and accuracy of component placements is inspection via AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), Microscope or X-ray to guarantee the components are fitted and soldered correctly in the placement locations and orientation confirming polarity & alignment.
Our manufacturing partners are accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS16949 or ISO 13485 where required and we will select the appropriate route to manufacture for each product.
Everything we produce is inspected to ensure each product is correct to its specifications and to the IPC workmanship standards. If required we can design and build customer specific test equipment and create a test procedure to guarantee 100% pass rates. Combined with Serial numbering and bar codes we can apply full traceability and peace of mind.
