In a seven year career selling office equipment I progressed from Salesman, via Major Accounts Sales, to Sales Team Manager. In a company not known for its patience with under performers, I was consistently over quota, winning numerous prizes, including 7 trips abroad. I was also elected to the 'Order of Sales Excellence' club, restricted to a maximum of 10 sales people from a force numbering 200+.

I have received extensive training from well respected companies specialising in personality assessment, testing and job analysis, including CEB SHL, OPP and Mercuri Urval. Assessment products that I use include OPQ32, MQ, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and presentation exercises from A&DC.
Qualifications relating to assessment include British Psychological Society Level A, Level B and Level B Intermediate +. I have a B.Sc. from the Open University majoring in Chemistry and Business (Open) and a Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from the University of Warwick.
