Yoga Bliss was founded in 2005 by Nicola Dix, a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practitioner. Yoga Bliss is now a thriving, friendly, family run business. Our aim is to provide an excellent, friendly and personal customer service and supply our customers with the best and most beautiful yoga products sourced from around the world.
Yoga Bliss has a firm foundation in Yoga. The products that we have carefully selected have been supplied by other like-minded yoga practitioners with Yoga business ventures. This ensures that we bring you the best products possible and that we are supporting other businesses from the global Yoga community. Many products have been selected as part of our effort to support fair-trade working co-operatives in countries such as India and Brazil. We also have our very own brand

Nicola, the founder of Yoga Bliss, continues her personal Yoga journey. She is constantly studying to be able to share the Ashtanga Vinyasa method in the traditional way. Whilst her studies include Asana technique, Adjustments and Anatomy, Nicola is practicing, and learning to share Yogic philosophy, Pranayama, and Meditation to ensure that she is able to share Yoga as a holistic system, bringing body and mind into balance, not just focusing on the physical body.

Yoga Bliss have been serving the yoga community for over 12 years from the heart of the Hertfordshire countryside. We are a family run business with yoga at the heart of everything we do and consider our customers to be part of the Yoga Bliss family too...
Our aim is always to offer you the best quality yoga products which are carefully tried and tested to ensure that they meet with the high standards that our customers have come to expect. We offer excellent, friendly, efficient and professional customer service. We source our products from like-minded, ethically considerate companies that actively care about you and our planet. Yoga Bliss HQ is even powered by Ecotricity energy (ask us about this if you’d like to be powered by them too). We use recycled, recyclable or biodegradable packaging wherever possible – your order may arrive in a box that’s been used before which may not be pretty but it helps us to minimise our impact on the environment. We also use a Carbon Neutral courier delivery service wherever possible. Our latest venture is the Born Peaceful brand which we are striving to manufacture in the United Kingdom, a little more expensive but worth it to source things closer to home where possible.

We aim to provide our customers with a superb service. If you wish to return goods for a refund we are happy to do so, providing that the goods are returned to us within 30 days with their original packaging, unworn and/or unused and in perfect condition. When returning your parcel, we suggest that you send it by recorded delivery, keeping the receipt as proof of posting. Please note that Yoga Bliss is not responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the goods are faulty or not as ordered
