Founded in 2006 as a medical charter company to transport time critical donor organs Europe wide and patients in need of treatment globally, Flightserve soon extended its services to Private Jet Charter, recognising the need for a private jet company who could combine a trusted, discrete and dependable service with value. This unique approach has seen our loyal customer base grow rapidly.

Sri Lankan by birth and raised in New York, Johann started in travel and lived and worked in the Middle East for 9 years. Upon moving to the UK, Johann started a travel company and found a client base for private medical charter. Johann is an old fashioned businessman who continues to develop long term relationships with both clients and suppliers by under-promising and over delivering.

Head of Business Development

A business development specialist, special projects manager and new start-ups enthusiast, Krystal began her career in public affairs and then went on to gain project management experience whilst working for a multi-national conglomerate developing and managing new projects across industries ranging from hospitality, diplomacy, oil and gas to events organisation and charitable giving. Born in Los Angeles to Scandinavian parents, Krystal has been living in Europe for almost 15 years.
