ABOUT THE GAS PEOPLE LTD
The Gas People Ltd is a family run business started in 2006 based in the town centre of Castleford and covers all areas of Yorkshire, and because of our low overheads we can guarantee to beat any like for like quote from any serious heating company. Our most recent major project was the renovation of a 5 storey Victorian house in York city centre, which we dedicated 2 days per week to for 12 months, but we also love the little jobs too, especially when they come with a cup of tea.
Gavin McNamara is the Director and Engineer for The Gas People and was apprentice trained in every aspect of the plumbing and heating trade as well as being a father of 3 boys (trainees!), also trained to degree level in mechanical engineering, he will help find a solution for any problem.
We are proud to support 6 different kitchen fitting specialists as well as 2 major DIY stores. We would like to think that by using our services it gives them and their customer’s assurance that their kitchens and bathrooms are built to last long term.
We take our business serious and stand by the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations put in place in 1998 to protect the public and guarantee safety, trust is the most important factor when choosing a Gas Engineer.
