As part of the CICAIR Code of Conduct it is a requirement for all Approved Inspectors to have ‘appropriate professional indemnity insurance with a reputable insurance company’. Bespoke Building Control has obtained Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance policies through one of the approved providers, Griffiths and Armour. These insurance policies are underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc and are fully in line with Government Regulations.
