Building on the earlier success of her first Human Resources consultancy and having established a successful career as an HR professional in demanding environments including Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Suzanne Smith decided to launch Belvoir Human Resources Ltd in 2006. The original aim remains unchanged; to provide a bespoke, hands on and affordable Human Resources service for any size of organisation.
The core client base is the SME sized business which often has no HR function or perhaps a small HR department which appreciates some specialist support for the more complex issues. However Belvoir HR can also offer support to larger HR departments where specific project support or cover for an unexpected absence is required.
As the demand has grown for Suzanne’s HR expertise and support she was joined by another experienced HR consultant in 2012. The Company is also able to offer other areas of professional expertise through established associates such as management development, and health and safety.
The Company is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and you will find us listed on the East Midlands Chamber of Commerce’s website. We also believe in supporting the Armed Forces community; employing both current and retired service personnel.
Practical and affordable we provide a “hands on” level of support as and when required, visiting your site as often as required as well as responding by phone and email. Professionally qualified and with a significant depth of experience our HR consultants work with their clients to build up an insight and understanding of your business which enhances our working relationship and the effectiveness of our solutions. We work with Board Directors, line management and HR Departments. Where there is a small HR department, we will provide more detailed employment law answers. We can also assist in the completion of HR projects and provide temporary cover, if required. HR Workshops for Managers are also available as bite sized learning packages.
