Cheshunt Fabrications Ltd was established in 1971, and has over the years gained a reputation for high quality workmanship, build, and finish in all aspects of metal fabrication London.

Expansion into computers, together, with a high investment in modern computer controlled machinery, allows us to increase our programming potential, while still maintaining the manual skills necessary to run any metal workshop. Combining and harmonising these two elements into a production workshop has been a successful main objective of the company.

We pride ourselves in being a diverse and flexible company and over the years have gained invaluable knowledge in the most crucial aspects of metal fabrication London. We can work from concept to completion offering an all in house professional service. From simple panel production to structural steel work, our coded welders have the skills to work in both extremes.

Technology changes rapidly within our industry and we appreciate the need to maintain our knowledge of current processes to ensure we remain competitive. We run several high end CAD CAM software packages which are all DNC linked to the production machinery. With over six different software packages to compliment manufacture we are able to import most drawing formats, this enables us to receive drawings electronically and negates the need to redraw client projects, we are also happy to redraw from paper drafts. We also run full design software which enables us to truly model in 3D, we can create visuals for customer comment to ensure the required item is aesthetically acceptable.
