Having joined Celestra as a Project Coordinator Jacob has moved through the ranks and is now an Account Manager. His experience of working on smaller projects in previous employment has provided him with an excellent grounding in the hospitality industry. When the opportunity to join the Celestra team arose he was keen to step up to the plate.
Simon has been with Celestra since the beginning and has managed our most prestigious accounts. Having worked in the industry since university his extensive knowledge is vital in ensuring projects run smoothly. Backed up by his BA (Hons) in Business Information Management and subsequent Masters in International Business there really isn’t much he can’t handle.
Sue has been instrumental in setting up our finance processes and for the ongoing smooth and efficient running of our finances. Her attention to detail and accuracy makes sure that Celestra is operating seamlessly at all times. Over the years, Sue has gathered extensive knowledge and built strong relationships with all of our customers, her understanding of their financial requirements enhances our partnerships greatly.
John stated his career in the IT sector with ECS in 1998 and quickly took a liking to the industry, alongside Mark Adkins, John set up Celestra in 2007 and has continued to lead it’s growth. With an impressive knowledge of the industry and people, John is normally the first point of contact for any new clients.
John takes great pride in the fact that most of Celestra’s new business comes by word of mouth. He is completely focused on ensuring that Celestra’s clients remain 100% happy with the quality and range of services Celestra offer. His tenacity and passion to provide market leading services are vital to the continued growth and success of Celestra.
Richard is our chief geek and Technical Services Manager. He heads up our team of skilled technicians and is often seen with his head buried deep in the latest piece of technology. Richard has been with Celestra from the beginning and is very much part of the family, in his role Richard is responsible for the Configuration Centre and Warehouse team at Milton Keynes.
When he left university he started with Cosworth in his first technical role, before moving into EPoS in the early 90s with Unisys. His length of experience means he has a grown up working with all of the technology and systems we are using today, his font of knowledge is often called upon by our clients to solve the challenges of the day.
Richard is a F1 fan and every Friday sports his extensive McLaren t-shirt collection. He loves to travel and visit the heritage sites of the UK and uses yoga as his way to relax. Richard is most famous at Celestra for making the meanest Margarita this side of the pond!
Since joining the Celestra team in 2007, Lee has been instrumental in several high profile projects where his extensive hospitality experience is perfectly aligned with our customer base. Since beginning his career as a YTS apprentice with Whitbread he has served in various guises for market leaders including Beefeater and Interbrew.

His in-depth knowledge of the trade makes him a rare breed in the industry. This knowledge allows him to focus on the elements and services that make Celestra special. Mark is ultimately driven by providing excellent customer service and relishes the satisfaction of a job well done.
A self-confessed Star Wars fan and Apple addict, we think his real name is iMark as he’ll often be found surrounded by the latest gadgets. Out of work he has six children between the ages of zero and ten years, all of whom help to keep him on his toes.
Steven has worked in various industries and has managed teams and businesses for over 30 years, which has given him a plethora of knowledge and expertise that are really valued.
Michelle works alongside the Finance Manager assisting with the running of our finances. Her caring approach and attention to detail help us to function smoothly. At the weekends Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Aaron is one of Celestra’s dedicated Project Coordinators. His caring attitude guarantees any task he undertakes is completed to a high standard. Outside of work Aaron enjoys playing football and spending time with his friends.
