Paul has had nigh on three decades in Estate Agency and Property Management encompassing Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, East London, Essex and Hertfordshire and is able to offer a wealth of experience to clients in the buying, selling, development, and renting of property in the beautiful counties of Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. A good communicator and problem solver he is married with 4 young children who give him a secondary role as taxi driver, butler and conflict resolution specialist.
A life long resident of Tewkesbury, Charlotte is a founding member of TAG from its inception in 1999 and is a real all rounder with responsibilities across Sales, Lettings, Administration and Business Development. When not at the gym Charlotte is never one to miss an opportunity for a celebration, Charlotte has an active social life and is at her happiest when out with friends, in with family or running around after her grand daughter.
Karen works as our Sales Coordinator, progressing all agreed sales through to exchange of contracts and subsequent completion whilst assisting our clients in navigating any bumps in the road along the way. Not all agents do this, but at TAG we think it's essential as a chain has a number of component parts the slowest of which determines the speed of the whole, and that is why chain coordination has it's own dedicated and defined role within the company. When not at work Karen can usually be found mike in hand belting out karaoke much to the chagrin of her 3 sons.
Another Estate Agency stalwart, Vicky is a founder member of TAG with extensive personal knowledge of the markets in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. With experience encompassing all facets of the industry from the early 1990's as office junior through to her role today overseeing our property management and sales progression activities, she enjoys nothing more than renovating her own 1930's property in the company of her two children.
Andy has been with TAG for fifteen years and is tasked with ensuring that our busy weekends are carefully coordinated. Having been with the company for so long he has an intimate knowledge of the area and of our processes on both sales and lettings, so if you are at all unsure of anything, ask Andy. Married with four children and umpteen pets his is a busy life in which he has also found the time to reach elite standard in the martial art Akido, sometimes translated as " the way of harmonious spirit ".
