We are highly skilled and professional RICS chartered surveyors and we regularly inspect and produce valuation reports and survey reports on the various forms of interest and tenure that exist in various types, shapes and sizes of residential and commercial properties. We provide Expert Witness services and investigate and report on negligence claims and litigation cases. We also represent and negotiate on behalf of landlords, tenants, leaseholders, freeholders, occupiers, vendors and purchasers.
We undertake mortgage valuations, general valuations, RICS HomeBuyer Service, building surveys, Lease extension valuations, collective enfranchisement valuations, probate valuations, inheritance tax valuations, charities act valuations, retrospective valuations, and national and local taxation valuations. We also carry out surveys and valuations of tenanted or vacant residential and commercial property portfolios and investments with or without development potential or planning permission.
