We must thank the team at RedHeat for a thoroughly professional job from concept to completion. Elfed was first called upon for his valuable experience at the design stage of our Ground Source Heat Pump and overall heating solution. Having installed this and the underfloor heating and control systems he oversaw the commissioning of the GSHP and it's handover to us. I'm quite technically minded and had plenty of questions on tweaking the system to our particular needs but Elfed had all the answers. An early life failure in the underfloor heating controller was quickly addressed but the customer service didn't stop there. With the prospect of government incentives in the air he put the finishing touches to the installation and obtained an MCS certificate. Throughout we were kept abreast of the latest developments and steered towards the recent Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme; we are now getting our quarterly payments. Thank you Elfed for a great installation. You did everything that was asked of you, with plenty of informed advice along the way. We have been living in our house for three years now, so have experienced most extremes of weather. Our Ground source heat pump performs brilliantly, underfloor heating excellent. Solar thermal is just a bonus on hot days! Thank you for all your ongoing advice and help since the installation.
We are very happy with our efficient ground heat source system which Redheat sourced and designed for us. The help and support through the build has been great and the servicing since has been very helpful. We would recommend them to anyone doing a self-build or large extension.
