With a background in management and business psychology Kerry bridges perfectly between personal energy and credibility. Whilst she is responsible for the daily running and strategic direction of Elysian Training, Kerry is also an experienced trainer, mentor and facilitator.
Ensuring all our sessions are engaging, interactive and relevant Chris maintains a guiding hand over all programme design. Having delivered in 22 countries to 34 different nationalities Chris focuses his attention on designing new and exciting programmes for the company.
Dynamic and passionate about driving business results Alun focuses on sales processes and consultancy skills. He is an expert in delivering powerful presentations and is able to effectively coach people ‘on their feet’ to deliver in a stronger and more powerful communication style.
A dynamic and intuitive senior leadership, learning and development professional, experienced in both public and private sectors. Management Development, Business Compliance & Personal Skills Training
David is a HR & Training and Development professional of twenty-three years’ experience, during which he has operated successfully as both an internal consultant and a training function manager with a blue chip general insurer. Latterly, David has worked as a Business Consultant across a range of organisations and business sectors. His strengths lie in a highly participative and engaging style, which both supports and challenges delegates to help them learn new skills, whilst at the same time providing an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Paul is a senior talent management and learning professional with international experience and generalist HR background. Paul is familiar with implementing sustainable people solutions in global, blue chip organisations and in multi-site complex, business environments. He is an experienced project manager, consultant and trainer specialising in leadership, talent management, change management and organisational development.
Tom is a recognised specialist in Negotiation, Mediation and Dispute Resolution. He provides training, consultancy and mediation services for a range of clients in the EMEA regions. As well as lecturing Negotiation at the University of Edinburgh Business School and the University of Dundee School of Law, Tom also delivers courses internationally.
Kate is qualified executive coach, facilitator and trained mediator.She has a track record of building relationships at all levels of organisations and establishing needs to meet business solutions. She demonstrates outstanding influencing and listening skills combined with a creative flair have led to proven results with customers.
David has been working with leaders and senior executives in education and industry for the last fifteen years. He works with clients to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes. He’s also not afraid to tackle tough subjects, but he’s adept at managing sensitive subjects in a very professional manner. He is at home speaking to senior executives about bringing their business objectives alive through the power of storytelling.
