At E Williams Plating, we're passionate about our tradition of high quality plating. The plating shop has been operating from the current site since 1970, and our team of experienced industry-trained personnel consistently produce high quality plating with very fast turn around times.

We apply tough quality control procedures throughout the company and are credited with BS EN ISO 9001:2015 certification. We also plate to all major BS and other standards.

We can provide Certificates of Conformity, and store photos of all parts processed for future use and reference.

We are fully committed in protecting our local environment due to the hazardous chemicals being used in our processes. Work has commenced to obtain BS EN ISO 14001 (Environmental) accreditation. All chemical effluent is disposed by approved waste disposal companies, and we are compliant with the recently introduced REACh legislation.

Company owners and management

We are located between Winchester and Alton just off the A31. If travelling from the south (Winchester) follow the A31 and follow signs for Alresford. Take the B3047 into Alresford and follow the road past a school and fire station on your right. At the crossroads take a left into The Dean. Travel a few hundred yards and we are the first factory unit on the left.

If travelling from the east (Alton) follow the A31 follow signs for Alresford. Take the B3047 into Alresford and travel down the main road past all the shops. At the bottom of town take a right at the crossroads into The Dean. Travel a few hundred yards and we are the first factory unit on the left.

If travelling from the north (Basingstoke) follow the B3046 through the Candovers. When you reach Alresford town centre travel past the shops and take a right at the end of the road. You should see Barclays Bank opposite the junction. At the bottom of town take a right at the crossroads into The Dean. Travel a few hundred yards and we are the first factory unit on the left.
