September saw the Duathlon World Championships at Nancy in France. The Sports Physio side of Back On Track Physiotherapy looked after the Team GB Elite squad. They had a good competition winning silver in the Women's and a brace of gold medals in the Under 19's. Very promising for the future of British Triathlon and Duathlon.
