Martech helps and advises clients and professional specifiers in the safety, testing and repair of external structure fabric. We have a very strong knowledge base on deteriorating concrete, brickwork, fenestration and cladding.
We are partners in a number of term agreements.
Martech engineers carry out safety works involving the removal of loose and unsafe building fabric, as an interim measure to protect the public and building owner alike. Our engineers routinely carry out condition assessments on all types of structures, including many listed concrete structures. Interpretative reports are normally provided in bespoke CD-ROM format.
