Hadee Engineering Company Ltd is a privately owned company, formed in 1971. It specialises in the design and fabrication of general and bespoke engineering solutions to various sectors. Traditionally this was in the Coal, Steel and Iron Foundry sectors, however as the face of industry has changed, the company has adapted and they now service the Aerospace and Mobile Plant sectors (amongst others). Hadee has grown from the original three partners to an SME, employing over 100 personnel with an annual turnover in excess of £6 million.

plant to be operated by Premier Waste Management Ltd in County Durham as a commercial scale development plant. The plant was commissioned in early January 2002 and has been successfully operating since that time, processing segregated and un-segregated MSW and producing materials, which have been analysed/evaluated by Premier in conjunction with Newcastle University and the Environment Agency. All results to date have proven to be positive and the plant has exceeded expectations in terms of efficiency and product quality. The was endorsed when the company received a national award for Innovation and Technology, given by The Composting Association in November 2002. Sheffield Chamber of Commerce and Business Link South Yorkshire also commended the company at their annual awards in November 2002. This was in recognition of the fact that it has successfully established its position in the marketplace through the use of sound business techniques.

Does not require IPPC licensing and operates under a Waste Management License as a recovery process (confirmed by the Environment Agency, May 2004)
