Earnshaw Engineering were incorporated in 1999. Originally closely linked to the metal ceiling industry the Company has diversified into many other facets of engineering.
The Company follow fully accredited systems of manufacturing and it's processes are audited and certified in-line with EU standards and legislation.
We have continued to raise our standards and became accredited for the CE marking of structural steel in 2015. Due to changes in UK law the CE Marking certification is vital to provide the construction industry and demonstrates our ability to maintain our exceptional levels of service.
Galvanised products for water treatment & purification
Our services offer pressing and guillotining of all materials up to 4 metres in length. Working from your engineering drawings, our team will produce samples for approval from concept to full production take-off. Earnshaw can supply product options of material and finish from powder coated metals, anodized aluminium and highly polished stainless steel. We offer large stocks of various materials enabling us to tend to your urgent requirements.
Steve is a qualified sheet-metal and fabrication engineer specialising in acoustics and attenuation components. CAD drawing, programming and operating CNC FAB - machinery provides a robust knowledge for estimating and value engineering.
With a fully qualified sheet metal engineering background Dave built Formula Ford race car subframes. CAD drawing, programming and CNC machine operation provide a sound knowledge of estimating and value engineering.

45 years experience of the sheet-metal and fabrication industry. Design & development of special projects. Expertise of pattern and development in the manufacture of domestic heating appliances, metal ceilings and Rain-screen cladding products. Supervisor of factory production control system. CNC Programming, machine setting and operation. Qualified inspector of CE Marking certified products to Execution class 2.

Earnshaw Engineering are approved for CE Marking. Our Factory Production Control (FPC) system has been approved to BS EN 1090-1 execution class 2 (EXC2) for structural steel and our welding management system approved to BS EN 3834-3. This accreditation proves that we are able to meet the levels of quality that our customers and ourselves insist upon.
We are FORS members and have attained silver level

Earnshaw Engineering completed the first phase of the London Bridge refurbishment project in December 2016. As a key supplier of bespoke metalwork Earnshaw delivered pre-assembled light boxes on time and budget to a demanding schedule of installation. Challenging components were constructed by their technical design team and executed with skill and accuracy to deliver a quality product at every stage of the build. Phase 2 begins early 2017 with Earnshaw continuing as a key partner within our supply chain.
