Orange Apple was incorporated in February 2006 by Contracts Director Kenny Smith to bring his previous 18 year's of experience in the construction industry to the wider market place. Duncan Smith joined him to perform all aspects of the finance function and take on the general corporate responsibilities. Between them these two hold all of the shareholding to the present day.
In 2009/11 The company expanded its client base to include a project for TFL to install suspended ceilings with ancillary works at four of the new build stations on the East London Line Extension (Haggerston, Hoxton, Shoreditch and Dalston). There followed further Rail Projects including among others refurbishment at Highbury & Islington, Cannon Street and Crystal Palace. This continued alongside various office refit and maintenance projects including Harbour Exchange, Canary Wharf and Berkley Square Offices.
Orange Apple Limited assists organisations to achieve passive fire protection compliance. The services offered range from formulating specifications at the design stage to inspections at completion.
