Locale is the brainchild of Managing Director, Guy Windsor-Lewis. The innovative privately owned company produces estate management portals for some of the UK’s most prestigious property brands and iconic landmarks.
Originally conceived as an idea for management portals for business parks, demand for Locale grew and grew. As technology improved throughout the years, so did Locale’s service. After initially targeting the commercial property management sector, an award winning portal launched them into residential and mixed-use space. This makes Locale the only company in the UK to specialise in all three spaces within property management software.
Our breakthrough deal came in late 2005 with European commercial real estate services firm. DTZ, now Cushman & Wakefield.
Business Park Portals
In 2007 we designed a series of portals for Goodman International’s business parks.
2010 saw us create a long lasting partnership with the Church Commissioners with their site, the Hyde Park Estate.
2016 saw Locale step into their second decade of producing property portals. Since 2005, not only has our portfolio grown but also our team. we are now a 12 member team.
