ABOUT ARAX PROPERTIES LIMITED
Fabrice has 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate and is the founder of Arax Properties. Prior to Arax, he was Managing Director for London and Regional Properties Ltd as the head of European investments.
Jonathan has 14 years of experience in real estate. He joined Arax in 2015 following four years spent with Apollo Global Management, where he sourced and executed large real estate investments in Continental Europe. Prior to that, Jonathan spent over five years at Citi Property Investors, the real estate opportunistic arm of Citigroup, and one year at the private real estate investment company London & Regional Properties.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from FU Berlin, Immobilienökonom from IREBS Regensburg and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
