Furness Fluid Power Ltd was formed in 2006 and since then has developed a wealth of experience and gained an excellent reputation for high quality service and products within the Hydraulic and Pneumatic Engineering sector. Along the way FFP has been accredited with ISO 9001:2008 which has also enabled them to be empowered on to the Achilles System.
Each depot has its own fully stocked trade counter, being the main stockist for Stauff (hydraulics), Metal Work (pneumatics), ABAC UK (compressor) and we supply all major lubricants. The depots also have fully equipped engineering workshops, where we are able to design and build systems, and we are also able to supply and test Hose Gauges and other components.
FFP also have a fleet of mobile vans, which offer a 24 hour emergency call-out service on hoses and repairs. Our dedicated workforce has enabled the company to progress forward and the company’s management team are committed to ensuring that staff have all the necessary training required to carry out their work and services to the highest possible standard.
In January 2013, Furness Fluid Power Ltd acquired an established Health & Safety Training company, thus enhancing our portfolio. This branch is called Furness Fluid Training Services and it is our intention to pass on our existing experience, reputation and quality of service within the engineering sector, enabling us to provide small, medium and large businesses with a 1st class health & safety consultancy and training service, across all industries.
