started developing health and wellbeing courses in 2001. She founded the Come Alive School of Natural Health & Wellbeing in 2005, to provide people with skills and knowledge to adopt a preventive rather than reactive approach to their health and wellbeing.
Over the years, her experiences often revealed that learning how to improve health, energy and overall fitness frequently involved unnecessarily expensive treatment, schedules and courses with scant information. As a firm believer that health should not cost a fortune, she created a range of comprehensive, reasonably-priced courses. They provide effective methods for positive change in nutrition and lifestyle habits, attitude, perception and mindset, leading to sustainable improvement in areas such as low self-esteem, stress, anxiety, worry, fear, negative thinking, digestive issues and overall wellbeing. Brenda also offers one-to-one coaching sessions in stress management and nutrition, consultations in feng shui and clutter clearing, and workshops on request.
A lifetime of experience in taking control of her own health issues, and dedication to encouraging others to make informed choices about health, situations and life, sits behind the mission of the Come Alive School. Together with her daughter Claire, who joined the team in 2014, Come Alive has helped hundreds of students across the world to reach their full potential, physically, mentally or emotionally.
