We are a Town Planning and Development Consultancy based in the historic market town of Shrewsbury covering the whole of Shropshire, Mid & West Wales and the surrounding counties. We pride ourselves on knowing our area very well and in our experience, local knowledge can be invaluable in planning terms.

We are a friendly and efficient

who would like to help you through the increasingly difficult and complex planning processes. We understand that planning can prove to be a bit of a minefield, time consuming and somewhat frustrating at times! Over the years we have established good working relations with all of the Local Planning Authorities (LPA) that we deal with. Using our excellent network of contacts we are also able to put together and co-ordinate a team of professionals who can provide the ever growing amount of information required to support a variety of planning proposals.

Full planning permission was obtained for the preservation of this local heritage asset. To include the full restoration of the windmill itself and a new earthed structure to wrap around the mill to provide living accommodation commensurate with modern living requirements.

An unused wall garden associated with Bicton Hall and formerly used as a plant nursery was given a new lease of life when we obtaied planning permission for 2 dwellings. The houses will be concealed from view, being single-storey in height with their gardens mimicing the once formal nature of this heritage asset.

A sloping site overlooking the beautiful town of Church Stretton and the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) which surrounds it. Planning permission was obtained for 4 dwellings which integrate into the natural contours of the land. A project being undertake by a well-known local developer using sympathetic and locally sourced materials throughout.

We are able to provide a comprehensive service to our clients for a variety of planning proposals.

However, we will fully consider and advise you of all possible steps forward, the costs for doing so and the likelihood of success. If you instruct us to proceed we will run the whole project for you, you can simply sit back and relax confident in the knowledge that you have an experienced team of professionals dealing with everything for you.

Our services include initial discussions with you as the client, negotiations with the relevant Local Planning Authority prior to submission, co-ordination of a team of professionals to support your application, preparation and submission of planning proposals, monitoring and liaison with the relevant Officers and all other matters right through to determination. Our aim is to provide a scheme that will not only meet your personal requirements but one which can be supported by the Local Planning Authority from the onset. Therefore as part of our services, we will discuss and negotiate the scheme with the relevant Officers and agree a concept prior to the submission of an application.
