Philosophy

The Practice, Lakes Architect is aware of the importance of two-way communication, whereby our aim is to establish a first-rate working relationship between Architect and Client, to determine needs and appropriate solutions to design problems. In a friendly and efficient way, and with a strong ethical sense, the Practice aims to give the best possible service to those seeking advice.

The office is situated in Windermere, the centre of South Lakes where most of the work is undertaken. Surrounded by the beauty of the Lakes that have inspired so many artists and designers. Chris has also been privileged to work in Silverdale and Arnside area as well as Lytham St Annes. This is where you will see and meet the people and buildings that have been part of his architectural skills in helping people with their lives.
