In 2005, Nicky set up The Veritas Partnership with Mike Gorman with the aim of building on their extensive network and personal reputations, coupled with their hunger to deliver sustainable results for their clients.
Prior to this, Nicky had experience in a number of recruitment businesses, including both a fast expanding retained recruitment consultancy and a more boutique organisation, where she specialised in sales and commercial appointments within the consumer goods sector.
She has also worked in recruitment process outsourcing, where she moved after an early career in product marketing and marketing communications within the consumer and IT sectors.
Before this he was approached to set up a field marketing company before the inevitable call from a headhunter to join a recruitment company in his first resourcing role.
Jamie joined Veritas in 2012 having worked in Recruitment and Field sales for the last 15 years. Previously Jamie worked for a range of recruiters including a period of time running his own company. Jamie has a real passion for recruitment and colleagues would say he puts the fun back into recruitment. He specialises in Sales & Marketing across FMCG & B2B sectors with a real focus on graduate to mid-level sales positions, external and internal, throughout the UK.
His earlier career in recruitment with several well know boutique businesses focused heavily on sales and marketing in both contingency and retained roles with major FMCG clients in food and non-food.
