Established in 2005, Northburn Associates Ltd is a Construction Consultancy providing its Clients with services for all aspects of their projects from inception through to completion and defects. Currently in its ninth year of trading, the company has shown continuous growth, offering further support to both existing and new clients.

Northburn Associates recently carried out the Contract Administration and Cost Consultancy roles for the extension and refurbishment of our house. Paul was involved on a daily basis and fully committed to resolving with the rest of the team the inevitable problems that arose. We both appreciated his honest approach to the project, at no stage did he tell us what we wanted to hear. We would have no reservations in recommending him to others thinking of refurbishing their home.

At all times our contacts were the Company’s Directors who managed what became a challenging project throughout the pre-contract and contract stages until final completion. Both Directors conducted themselves and completed their duties in a professional manner, ensuring that the requirements of Daylesford Organic were protected as well as ensuring that the JCT Contracts were correctly administered. It was through their professional management that we were able to launch the Store on time.
