Who we are
We offer infra red thermal imaging services to residential and commercial customers. Thermal imaging is a non-contact technology that can offer real time, fast response, temperature measurements of mechanical and electrical equipment. The infrared image provides the means of diagnosing problems and anomalies in a wide range of applications. Our comprehensive reports, highlighted by thermal images, provide maintenance teams with the information required to schedule repairs at an appropriate time.
It will ensure continued productivity for your business
Infrared images that integrate accurate equipment temperature data are a valuable source of information for maintenance teams, allowing them to schedule repairs during convenient periods. Because thermal imaging is a non-contact, real time, fast response temperature measurement, it provides the means of diagnosing problems within a wide range of applications.
Following the survey, a thermographic report is produced detailing the equipment inspected. The report provides comprehensive details on any defects identified and recommended remedial actions. Scheduled thermographic inspections of equipment based on criticality can be an invaluable source or information.
In addition to this, by comparing thermal images from previous inspections we are able to compile a visible history of equipment condition.
The main benefit of a Thermal Imaging survey alongside traditional inspection and testing procedures is anomalies can often be detected before failure occurs, allowing remedial work to be scheduled at a convenient time. Following the survey, a thermographic report is produced detailing the equipment inspected. This provides comprehensive details on any defects identified and recommended remedial actions. Scheduled thermal imaging surveys of the following equipment will reduce your downtime.
Reports IRimaging provides a varied range of thermographic inspections and reports. Reports are generally based on a "Delta T" temperature differential but bespoke reports can be compiled to suite customers' requirements. During a thermographic inspection a thermal and digital image is recorded of each anomaly. Critical issues will be highlighted to the responsible site person with a view of instigating remedial action as soon as possible.
