Find out more about how pfbb UK can help you

As part of the renewal programme pfbb UK have taken the BID Business Plan from one which addressed the basic issues of the way the place looked and felt to one which is now exerting significant influence on the strategic direction of the area, attracting new businesses and investment and embedding its reputation as a premium retail area with a great night time leisure offer and as an attractive business district.

I highly recommend pfbb UK as a company which has a strong technical ability, delivered with care and passion for their client in a highly professional manner.”

“pfbb overall were extremely hard working, helpful and produced high quality work in a tight timeframe. pfbb built up a good relationship with the business, NBC, NEL and the Police and were able to be professional and approachable encouraging the businesses to work together to take the BID forward. pfbb ensured they took the time to visit the majority of the businesses on the estate and almost without exception they were convinced that the BID was the best way forward for Brackmills, this can be seen in the impressive result.

“We initially engaged PFBB as our consultants and as our project management team to lead and support the Newcastle under Lyme BID engagement and subsequent ballot process. I can recommend the professional and diligent approach that PFBB adopted in assisting Newcastle under Lyme BID in deliver a BID business plan that resulted in a successful ballot. Subsequently, PFBB have been engaged and retained as valued advisers to the Newcastle under Lyme BID board.”

“Northampton BID appointed pfbb UK as Project Managers with just eighteen months to go before the first BID was due to end. Before pfbb UK were appointed, the role of the BID in Northampton had become confused and businesses were seriously questioning its value. Once pfbb UK were appointed they were able to help create some clarity and demonstrate effective project delivery in line with the BID Business Plan. This played a significant part in changing perceptions about the BID and enabled us to consider renewal with much more confidence.

pfbb UK lead the renewal process and supported the Board, helping us to unify and develop into a more influential body, laying the ground work for an improved relationship with the Northampton Borough Council. There was considerable engagement with the businesses and pfbb UK were able to use this to develop a BID Proposal and Business Plan which much more accurately reflected the needs and the desires of the businesses. Through this considered renewal plan and effective project delivery, at an early stage in the second term, the BID is already demonstrating that it is starting to exert more influence on the future direction of the town centre than it was able to do before.

I highly recommend pfbb UK as a highly professional and competent team who deliver valuable benefits to BID business levy payers.”

“Without extensive and experienced guidance from pfbb I’m not sure that the BID would have had the necessary level of exposure, commitment and support from Hitchin businesses. pfbb gave us the confidence to pursue our ambition, giving us a practical partnership mechanism that has delivered a great deal in very short period of time. The on-going support from pfbb provides an invaluable insight into the national BIDs process and ensures we keep on track to achieve our goals and fulfil the town’s potential”
