Joe has worked within the Building Services industry for over 30 years, having started in the industry with AAF (McQuay), he was then a Director at Diffusion for over 14 years in a mostly sales and marketing role, but was also responsible for Business Development in his last few years. Joe set up 1st Systems in 2007 after leaving Diffusion. Initially 1st Systems represented Trox and Barkell but we now offer a range of Building Service products from Industry Leading Manufacturers including Airedale, Barcol-Air, Barkell, Camfil, Diffusion and Koolair.

Lynne has many years of secretarial and admin experience, and joined the team in 2013. Lynne provides sales and marketing support dealing with new and exisiting enquiries for our customers and clients and maintaining the database.
