Welcome to tiny beginnings
Tiny Beginnings was established in 2006 by Kate Guy- Coombes and Bridget Reeves. Following its success in Monmouth, Tiny Beginnings at Whitchurch was opened in 2010 in Whitchurch CE Primary school, Symonds Yat.
Proprietors and Managers Kate and Bridget are both primary school teachers and have more than 28 years experience. Their specialist areas in Music and thinking skills are assets to both settings. Bridget and Kate's commitment is to provide a high standard of childcare and education, in a secure and happy environment. Parents should note, whilst we use carefully planned information technology to help children develop skills in this area, we do not use television at our nursery.
Tiny Beginnings Whitchurch is regularly inspected by Ofsted (please see links). Being a part of the local authority's provision means having access to training and support, helping us to maintain these standards.
As teachers, the educational progress of each child is naturally at the heart of what we provide. As mums, the care and well being of each child is paramount too. We know how vital it is to get early provision right for you and your child. We aim to make these formative years as happy and stimulating as possible.
