Married with two children, Simon is an enthusiastic cyclist and the would-be Bradley Wiggins - minus the sideburns - is a common sight using pedal power travelling to and from the office.
Drawing upon a dedicated career in sales - the past 20 years spent at Castlehill - Paul brings a wealth of property knowledge and marketing expertise to the team. As a highly-experienced valuer, his remit covers all aspects of residential sales with a particular focus on portfolio sales and new build developments. He also spearheads the company's flourishing rental arm. A key Castlehill strength for Paul is being at the heart of the Headingley and North Leeds community - and his approach in terms of always putting clients' interests first reflects this. “We always try and place ourselves in the shoes of our clients and ensure they receive the professional, personalised service that we would want.” he says. He has a Certificate in Residential Estate Agency (CREA) and is a past President of the Leeds Estate Agents' Surveyors' and Valuers' Association. He is married with three children and, like Simon, is a keen road cyclist, often commuting in & out of work.

Having joined Castlehill in 1988, Mandy has guided clients from all walks of life through the complex maze of selling, buying or renting a property - including chart-topping pop bands, soap and sports stars and even a former Page 3 model! Our longest-serving team member, Mandy spearheads the day-to-day running of our fast-paced office - monitoring sales & rentals and liaising with clients as part of our first-class customer service. Along with her daughter, Mandy is a keen horse rider, spending the early hours tending to the horses before getting ready for her busy day at the office. Mandy's husband is a huge football fan, having played locally for many years and encouraging their son who has also taken the bold step to qualify as a referee. It is the wide range of work - “Every day you meet or speak to all kinds of different people with different needs”, she says - that still makes her varied role so rewarding after so many years.
Alongside Mandy, Sara & Rebecca, Vicki provides a friendly welcome to Castlehill - often being the first person you will meet in the office or speak to on the phone. Vicki combines with our front-of-office team, always on hand to help clients and deal with their questions in a prompt and professional way. A former Marks & Spencer graduate trainee, Vicki joined us in 2004 and lives in North Leeds. Out of the office, Vicki is kept busy with her two boys and her natural energy & enthusiasm helps to make Castlehill run smoothly - both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes.
Sara is a two time employee! Sara originally joined Castlehill at a similar time to Mandy and left to bring up a daughter in 1997 and then re-joined us in 2008. Sara's love of life and bubbly character creates a welcoming office atmosphere and her professionalism and attention to detail helps to ensure clients have full confidence in Castlehill's service. Sara joins Mandy, Vicki and Rebecca as part of the front of office team, combining to create a positive, cohesive and dynamic partnership.
George started with us in 2006, a larger than life character who many of our more regular clients always enjoy meeting when viewing properties. George is one of those fantastic people who refuses to allow age to get in the way, enjoying an active healthy life, having turned 80 in 2016! George has been married for 55 years, has five children, nine grand children and five great grand children! He has a lived rich & colourful life spending most of the time in Leeds, carrying out his national service in 1955 and enjoying a varied career, working on the buses, a sales rep for a bakery firm and a pub landlord to name but a few!
