Yes, we offer 0% interest finance packages on from 6 month to 36 months so you can scale out your payments over a period of time suitable for yourself. Note that we only offer 0% interest packages on non-sale products whereas with sale bikes (they are clearly marked) you can choose a finance package with a 19.5% interest rate.

The scheme is an initiative stemming from the Government’s Green Transport Plan, which aims to encourage more people to cycle to work by offering up to a 45% saving on the cost of a new bicycle and safety equipment. The scheme is run through employers and can be administered by a third party company, free of charge, so the paperwork is kept to a minimum.

Who We Are
Ever since WHEELBASE was founded in 1992 we have always made investment in the cycling a priority for the business. This has resulted in development of a force to be reckoned with – a ‘Tour de Force’ as we like to call it. We have won World and National Championships, plus a whole host of events across the UK and Europe.
WHEELBASE is the UK’s largest cycle store and we have been at the forefront of the industry for the last 25 years. We live and breathe bikes and have built up our business in the Lake District National Park with some of the UK’s best mountain and road rides right outside our HQ. We opened our second store WHEELBASE North East in 2016 and have ambitious plans for further expansion of our retail and ecommerce divisions.
