The Proprietor, Peter Baker, had previously been a company Director in an unrelated sphere of work but had for a long time wanted to bring his business acumen and his love of painting and decorating to the marketplace so as to offer clients something genuinely different. Namely, someone who is not just another tradesman but a businessman as well.

We aim to keep our customers fully aware of how the work is progressing by engaging with them and inviting feedback at the end of each working day. We are happy to make the customer aware of any problems that have arisen and how we either overcame them or aim to overcome them. This interaction is important as it engenders a feeling of trust between ourselves and the customer.
As members of the Painting and Decorating Association and Associate members of the Dulux Select Decorators scheme we are also more than happy to discuss with customers their own thoughts and ideas as to colour scheming and to offer our own advice and assistance. This advice extends to offering our experience as to the right product and finish for the job.
