Welcome to the Oberon Performance online catalogue and shop. Oberon was formed in 1987 mainly manufacturing for the marine and hose fitting industries producing fine tolerance parts. We also launched a number of own brand products under the Oberon brand, OEM was how we were known at that time.
Both directors are keen motorcyclists, one of whom purchased a new motorcycle and in the short journey back from the dealership to Oberon was already planning on modifications. The next few weeks led to frustration, not being able to find good quality engineered products that actually fitted or even worked in the way expected.
And so it began, and still to this day Oberon Performance design, manufacture and market their range of motorcycle accessories. Every single part is made in our own production workshops here in Havant; each new part then is fitted and tested by one of the founding directors. All the staff within Oberon are motorcycle enthusiasts. How many companies can say that? All of the team actually use the products, this is 'key' in our view because it helps understand what works well, and what doesn't. Then we can further improve the product until it meets our own exacting standards. British designed, developed and manufactured.
