1. We sell great stuff

Being an independent, real shop rather than an online warehouse, we get to choose what we stock. And we only stock the things that we truly believe in, that we would be happy to ride and use ourselves. If we don’t like something, then we won’t just not sell it to you, we won’t even have it in the shop, or on the website.

This means you can shop from a concise range of well considered products, with the reassurance that our six committed members of staff would recommend each and every one to you.

We like to get to know our customers, and like you to get to know us. This means that we’re all personally accountable for the advice we give, and the things we sell. No one works to commission, and we never hard sell.

We respect the position of trust we’re in, so if you ask for our advice on what bike to buy, we won’t try to sell you the most expensive one, or the one that we’ve accidentally overstocked on, it’ll be one criteria only that we use - the one that’s best for you.

Honest advice isn’t much use though if it’s not any good. Thankfully, we’re all passionate about bikes; riding them, selling them, and fixing them. We take product knowledge very seriously, and invest a lot of time learning about our products, and trying them ourselves (our favourite part of the job!), so we can give you the best advice possible.
