Having lived at Manor Villages for two years and going into my third year here now, I would definitely recommend this accommodation to any newcomers. The flats are very modern and spacious, and cosy enough to make it feel like a home. The staff are friendly and approachable, and maintenance is reliable. It is located in a convenient area, very close to the Jubilee campus and town centre, and only a 20 minute walk from the University Park campus. There are plenty of good food places and supermarkets nearby. Lovely place to live!

In my line of work it takes quite a lot to surprise me but this week you did. To receive a personal phone call from a Director of a concern as large as yours and to have such care and cooperation lifted my week. Staff have been immensely helpful, given clear information and remained empathetic throughout. They have a lovely business like phone manner and are a great front line for your company.

I love being at Manor villages as I don’t have to worry about bills or security and the price is fair. My friends are always around me and it is in a perfect location, situated near several supermarkets and takeaways. The management team are ever so helpful, from the day you move in till the day they throw you out. Any complaints are dealt with immediately. Spending a year at Manor Villages has been a pleasure and I look forward to spending another year here. I would recommend Manor Villages to any student wanting hassle free accommodation.

I have been so impressed with the high standards of service that you have given throughout the last 12 months. My son was given his place at Trent through clearing, without accommodation (which as you imagine was very stressful), but as soon as he made contact with Manor Villages, our stress levels were lifted. Every single person in your office has always been very helpful, kind, patient and professional. For my part I was delighted with the standard, cleanliness and security of the accommodation he was offered. The design, layout and furnishings of the flat made his first year at Uni, a very happy, safe, secure and sociable time.

All the way through all your office staff has always been a pleasure to talk to and deal with. Thank you once again for all your help and for making my son’s year at Uni a happy one.

I live in a 6 man flat and my room is a deluxe en-suite so I have everything I need. The room is spacious and comes with a large desk which makes it easier to study. One of the key benefits of Manor Villages is that it's equidistant between University Park Campus and the City Centre. The City Centre is an 8 minute bus ride and the bus stop is right next to the accommodation so it's easy to travel in town.

One of the best things about Manor Villages is that the management team are very friendly which it makes it easier for students to relate to them. They are always willing to help with any problems you may have. Overall, Manor Villages ensures a safe, stress-free and comfortable stay during the academic year and everything is close by which makes it the ideal place to live.

Manor Villages provide excellent student accommodation. The flats are well furnished, modern, spacious and The Village has an excellent student atmosphere. If I had any maintenance issues they were dealt with promptly. The management team are very friendly and helpful. The site has a good level of security, i.e. fobs for block access and then flat and room keys. There is also on security on call 24 hours a day. Overall Manor Villages is a fantastic provider of student accommodation with competitive rent rates.

Living at manor villages throughout my second year at university has been an unbelievable experience. Upon moving into manor villages, I was overwhelmed by the homely atmosphere of the flat I stayed in. The kitchen and sofas provided were furnished to a higher standard than where I lived previously and I would recommend anyone to live at Manor Villages. Furthermore, the cost of rent was competitive and I feel that the facilities provided manor villages for the amount of rent due were exceptional. Me and my flat mates are staying another year with manor villages which resulted in a loyalty discount further reducing rent.

Living at Manor Villages has been a great experience, hence why I have booked with them again for my third year! The location is ideal, with convenience shops, take-aways, a bar and now a brand-new gym just across the road. The medical school is just a short walk away for those who will be studying there. With a bus stop just outside one of the entrances, going to town is easy and cheap as the buses run regularly. Friendly staff are on hand to help you with any queries and really do go out of their way to help.

I'd strongly recommend to book with Manor Villages because for a reasonable rent you are provided with good reliable security, decent facilities and wireless internet. It's a no-brainer!
