We established BlueBox partners Ltd in 2006 to provide support services to the residential surveying industry. Since that time, we have worked with sole practitioners, small, medium sized and larger corporate organisations. Our main focus is to provide training and development services that help practitioners achieve their maximum potential.
Our independence also allows us to identify opportunities with other service providers so smaller organisations can get access to essential tools and facilities at affordable prices. For example, we have unique partnerships with 'Rightmove Plus', the SAVA School of Surveying and Landmark giving independent practitioners access to products that would otherwise be difficult to arrange.
We have focused our energy in recent years on our training provision to both existing practitioners and trainee surveyors. We also can provide support with existing Practices with reviews of the quality of reports and valuations together with the appropriateness of office procedures.
Chris is the Managing Director of BlueBox partners he has had previous experience in private practice in and around South Yorkshire before having a senior operational role at Halifax in their Valuation and Survey division. He followed this as Technical Director at Allied Surveyors, before taking up the role as Director of Technical Services at Allied Surveyors Diligence Limited. Chris has overall management responsibility for BlueBox partners and specialised in forensic investigations into residential property valuations, having had many years of assessing reports for purposes of Quality Assurance and investigating negligence claims.
Phil is Technical Director at BlueBox Partners
Larry is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Building Engineer and founder of a firm of chartered surveyors that specialises in commercial and residential building surveying, building design, party walls, construction contract management and defects analysis.
Larry is a Non-Executive Director of BlueBox Partners
With over 40 years’ experience in residential and commercial property in a variety of work settings including traditional surveying partnership, lending institution and large estate agency group, Alan now runs a small surveying practice in Staffordshire focusing mainly on residential survey and valuation matters with a particular interest in Listed and historic buildings. He is an accredited NVQ assessor and delivers presentations and training modules through BlueBox partners, the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association, RICS and other networks. He is also a part-time director of a sign manufacturing company.
