Located conveniently in Swindon, Wiltshire on the M4 corridor just one hour from Heathrow airport and Southampton docks our strength lies in our ability to supply products cost effectively and on lead times to meet our client�s demands. We achieve this with an extremely efficient supply chain ensuring our shipments flow smoothly and economically across a network of global logistic channels bringing the product to the UK as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
Our global suppliers include ADC Krone, Adder, Brand Rex, Fluke, Mita, Optral and Tyco as well as leading manufacturers in China, India , Israel, Italy and Korea who between them help us to provide one of the most comprehensive and exciting ranges of Fibre and Copper solutions available in the industry today. We hold significant stocks of all standard items at our warehouse facility and will stock non-standard items against customer scheduled orders to provide a next day delivery service wherever possible.
RCL also manufactures bespoke and an industry standard cable assembly, providing a rapid response for our customers from one off specials to large production runs. All cables are 100% tested on state of the art test equipment to ensure conformity to industry standards.
We use Business Post for next day, pre 12 and other timed services. Order cut off time for next day delivery is 5:00 PM. Next day delivery is next working day (Monday - Friday).
In accordance with Consumer Law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days after the date the item is delivered and be provided with a full refund for the product within 30 days of its return. This is termed as a �Cooling Off Period�. There are however special cases for certain products and services where these rights are not applicable.
