Whiterock Homes has a history of developing all types of housing over the past 30 years. Our roots are in the luxury housing sector with over 300 houses constructed on more than 50 rural sites in that period. We have taken that expertise and put it to good use developing over 100 affordable houses and flats for village people on rural exception sites. All of the houses include the latest technology and majority of our rural schemes have benefitted from ground source heat pumps.

Whiterock Homes is a small, hardworking and dedicated team. It is run by four Directors, Peter Kalym, Lesley Ford-Kalym, Jane Beet and Kyle Kalym. Peter Kalym spearheads the team and has over 35 years of experience within the construction industry. Lesley Ford-Kalym deals with land purchases and client liaison. Jane Beet is in charge of the accounting side of the business and all day to day administrative duties. Kyle Kalym has a degree in construction management and works as our site manager. The other members of our team are Kirsty French and Chay Kalym. Kirsty works as our site co-ordinator dealing with materials and sub-contractors. Chay is a qualified brick layer and all round handy man. They all enjoy getting their hands dirty on site to ensure they see the development right through from the very start to the very end.
