From initial concept design through to production of full working drawings for the purposes of obtaining Local Authority consents and construction thereafter, we can guide you through every step of the process.
Once works have started on site, we are able to provide regular site inspections to address any issues that may arise and to ensure that the required standards of workmanship are maintained. Site inspections can be arranged on a frequency to suit the client’s requirements. We can also undertake contract management duties and produce interim valuations of the works in progress to ensure that stage payments to the contractor accurately reflect the progress of the works undertaken.

Building Regulation approval is requested for the majority of construction projects before they commence. This involves the preparation of detailed drawings which can be vetted and approved by Building Control and subsequently used in the construction process. We have a wealth of experience in preparing drawings and specifications for Building Regulation applications and through Continuing Professional Development and strong links with all Local Authority Building Regulations departments, we ensure that we are kept fully up to date with the constantly changing requirements to achieve full approvals.
