Company History

Vital Property Solutions started in 2005 to provide facilities management services across the Thames Valley. In 2008 we expanded into energy services, with the introduction of mandatory Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). We have been at the forefront of the energy certification sector since this time and have contributed to several Government working parties.

In 2010 we started to provide asbestos management services for commercial landlords. More recently we have greatly expanded our range of services. These now cover almost all of the statutory surveys and assessments required by commercial property landlords and occupiers. 2012 saw the launch of a range of services focusing on the protection of vacant properties including remotely monitored alarms and insurance compliance inspections.

Martin regularly delivers presentations on energy and property compliance matters to business groups across the UK. He leads the company on the technical delivery of its services.

Simon was previously Managing Director of Pride Mobility Products in the UK for 10 years. He led this healthcare company from start-up to a £15 million pa turnover. Simon leads the company on all commercial matters.
