Graham Services Limited was launched in 2003 having been successfully trading since 1992 as Graham Commissioning Services. We offer all aspects of air and water, validation, commissioning and balancing services. Commissioning ensures the mechanical and electrical services of the building are operating in accordance with the design specification and provide the conditions intended by the designer and expected by the end user.

Projects are undertaken from small single offices to large multifloor establishments. Our quotations are realistic and we have an excellent track record for completing projects on budget and on time, resulting on a very good working relationship and ongoing business with many clients. On acceptance of a quotation, method statements and risk assessments are created. Following our works, our test sheets are submitted electronically for the Operation & Maintenance manual and can also be provided in CD Rom format.
